We process returns and refunds based on the following policy. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience (e.g., wrong size ordered, item not as expected, wrong item ordered, no longer needed).
Please thoroughly check the product size charts, designs, and your order details before completing your purchase.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that the delivered product has a clear defect (such as damage, misprint, tears, or noticeable stains), or if you receive an incorrect item that differs from your order, we will gladly replace it with a non-defective item or issue a refund.
If your item meets these criteria, please contact us within 20 days of receiving the product by following the steps below:

- Required Information: Order number, your name, and the name of the affected product.
- Required Attachments: Clear photos that visibly show the defect or damage, or a photo of the packing slip.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Once we review your message and photos and determine that the item is defective or incorrect based on our standards, we will email you the return address and detailed instructions.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and the redelivery costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Please note that we cannot accept any items returned directly to us without prior notice and our explicit approval.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges, even within 20 days of receipt, if any of the following conditions apply:
- Requests based on customer convenience for "Made-to-Order" or "Customized" items.
- Items that have been worn or used even once (including items that have acquired stains or odors from trying them on).
- Items with tags or labels removed, cut, or lost.
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, or altered by the customer.
- Items that have been scratched, dirtied, or damaged due to customer negligence.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund to your account/statement.
- If more than 16 business days have passed since you received the refund approval notice and you still have not received the funds, please contact us at info@doocts.com.
